When will you get married? Your mates are all married. What are you waiting for? These and other questions are thrown to the faces of Young folks in their mid twenties and above.

My questions are” Do people really put into consideration the reason for marriage?

Do they really know that marriage isn’t all there is to life? I think they don’t understand.
Do they really know that some married folks are wishing they didn’t get married in the first place?
 I think they barely do.
In one way or the other most people have entered into wrong marriages because of the pressure around them but you know the same people make mockery of the victims.
“She couldn’t handle her home” They say

No matter the pressure you are facing, be determined to do it rightly not hurriedly and wrongly. Yes, you must not spend the whole time making a decision ( Time waits for no one)

I told myself a longtime ago that I won’t get married for the wrong reasons.
Don’t get married for the following reasons
To enrich your purse: MBANU! You have a head and can lay my hands on things ( get busy) most of the people who married for the wrong reasons  regret at the long run.
All your friends are married: There’s a time and season for everyone. Be sensitive. Know when to dive in.
Conji won’t let you be: Don’t get married because you want to deal with conji and that’s the sole reason you want to jump into marriage. No! When the conji need is met warelse?
Expecting a child for him: Eh! Pregnancy won’t make him change to a better person if he has hammered that he doesn’t want you. Save yourself Sis.
Parents’ pressure: They are living their lives. You will live yours. Most times, see pressure as a nudge to act but not a compulsion. Their pressure is equally a sign that you are due(winks)
Marry for the right reasons.
Marry to complement
Marry to share
Marry to make impacts
Marry to play
Marriage is a beautiful thing.
