Avocado is a fruit that gives fats and oil, this fruit is the major ingredient for avocado oil. Avocado oil is made from avocados alone( mature and ripe ones)

This specialoil can be used for different purposes ranging from cooking, skin care, hair care and other uses yet to be discovered. Making avocado is not only easy but cheap as well. There are different ways to making avocado oil.

Things needed
5 Avocados( can be more depending on the quantity of oil you need)
Knife
Strainer
Sack for extraction
Bottle
Oven tray( optional)

Method A.
1. Remove the avocado peel and seed,bring out the avocado fruit, put in a clean bowl.

2. Using a blender, blend till you have a very smooth paste
3. Turn out the paste into a non sticky pan, set on a medium heat and heat.
4. Heat until the mixture produces oil, stir every 3 minutes till you get your desired result.
5. Get a clean strainer or sack cloth to strain or squeeze as the occasion may be.

Method B

1. Remove the avocado peel and seed,bring out the avocado fruit, put in a clean bowl.
2. Using a blender, blend till you have a very smooth paste.
3.Using a spoon, spread the smooth paste on an oven tray.
4. Put in the oven and heat for about 3-4 hours.
5. Bring it out from the oven, allow to cool, sieve and pour into a bottle. That’s all!
