1) It Flushes toxins out of system –  Cucumber is a very watery fruit just like Watermelon and we should know that the amount of water it contains is not just for nothing. The water helps to wash away all the toxic contents in our body system, just as Water naturally flushes away toxins away from our body system, so does the water content of cucumber flushes the toxins off our body.

2) Helps to Lose weight  – Cucumber also helps those who are actually trying to lose some weight. it is an agent to weight loss when consumed regularly but not in excess.

3) Helps to keep you hydrated – Consuming cucumber helps you stay hydrated. This is mostly helpful when you are working close to heat or under the sun, you need to stay hydrated while in such state, ensure to have some cucumber or wayer readily available for you when needed. It is very important.
